1. Attend a Webinar or Individual Meeting:

• It all begins with a conversation. Join one of our webinars to learn more about BGA's innovative approach to education. If you prefer a more personal touch, schedule an individual meeting with a friendly member of our BGA team. We're here to answer your questions and provide insights into our educational model.

2. Schedule a Visit:

• Curious about our Hubs? You're welcome to schedule a visit at one of our physical learning spaces. It's a fantastic opportunity to experience the BGA environment firsthand. You'll witness the vibrant community that awaits your learner.

3. Submit the Application Form:

• Ready to take the next step? Once you've explored our offerings, the Admissions Team will send you our application form. It's a simple process, ensuring that we have the necessary details to move forward.

4. Book an Onboarding Meeting:

• We believe in personalising education. After receiving your application, we'll provide a link for you to book an onboarding meeting. During this meeting, the Learner will have the chance to connect with our team and Learning Coach(es). It's an essential step in understanding your child's unique needs and aspirations.

5. Receive Contract and Payment Details:

• Following the onboarding meeting, you'll receive a follow-up email. In this email, you'll find the contract and payment information. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible, ensuring you have all the necessary details at your fingertips.

6. Submit the Signed Contract:

• Once you've reviewed the contract and feel comfortable with our terms, go ahead and sign it. This signifies your official commitment to joining our BGA community.

7. Provide Proof of Payment:

• We're almost there! The next step is to submit proof of payment for the fees associated with your chosen program. This finalises the financial aspect of the admissions process.

8. Get Ready for Day One:

• Excitement is building! Before your Learner's first day at BGA, we'll send you a final email. This email will contain essential instructions for their first day and details on how to access our platform. It's everything you need to ensure a smooth start to your Learner’s educational journey with us.

And that's it! You've successfully navigated the BGA admissions process. 

When to Enrol

The great thing about BGA is that you can enrol at any time! We have no set start date as we're open throughout the year. You can enrol far ahead of time if you want to get a head start on things, or get things moving quickly to get your Learner in as soon as possible. It's entirely at your discretion.
